Mtn insurance

<p>On January I cancelled my mtn contract and insurance because of the bad service and treatment I had with mtn. Month end of January mtn insurance debited my money, I called them and they told me that it is because I cancelled my insurance late, they have already sent the bill the time I made a cancellation. On the 2nd March mtn debited my money again. I called and I was not given a valid reason why they did it. The lady who was assisting me told me that it appeares on the system that the insurance was cancelled. I don't understand why mtn kept on doing this to me. </p> <p> I was told to go and obtain an insurance statement at mtn store and email it to them, which I did. This is waste of my money, my energy and my time. I regret once being mtn customer. Can you please refund my money since i am no longer mtn customer </p>
