<p>It's been 2 weeks since my insurance claim, I've been calling and with no help non what so ever until today when Unathi Tyhalisi answered my call, in less than 10min i received an SMS of claim approval and followed by her call to confirm, I paid my access and within minutes of sending proof she called acknowledging and confirming delivery address.</p> <p> </p> <p>after the really bad service I received past 2 week, I knew I had to celebrate this being for caring about customer service </p> <p> </p> <p>Unathi Tyhalisi- thank u</p>
