MTN INSURANCE
<p>Mtn Insurance is a ****... you pay every month and when you ned to claim they give you the run around. Submitted claim for a ****** phone 3 weeks ago. got an sms that says can not process claim because documents are missing a consultant will call you.. no consultant called so called them ... after holding for 25 minutes someone answered oh we need your id... sent what they wanted . Got another sms documents misiing again..no consultant called. have been trying to call them since thursday last week... i hold for 30 minutes still not answer.</p> <p>MY QUESTION IS WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING INSURANCE IF IT TAKES MORE THAN A MONTH TO GET A RESPONSE OUT OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY. </p> <p> </p> <p>Its a scan they take your money and frustrate you so that you never claim ... i had the same experience in 2015... i cant wait for february so that i can terminate my contract and go to Vodacom.</p> <p> </p>

I am letting you know that noone has called me and for the past week i have been trying to call everyday and no repsonse.
The last communication i got was 14 January and all my efforts to call have failed. what is the point of having insurance if a month later i still do not have my phone.
