MTN insurance

On 10/9/2016 i put in a claim for my broken phone and on 20/9/2016 I got an email that said they recieved my claim and it has been registered they also send me claim number which is # ********** 0.

On 7/11/2016 the courier came to pick up my broken phone. Around 14/12/2016 I gave the repair centre a call and they said my phone is fixed they are waiting for the excess amount to be paid.

In all that time no one ever tried to contact me regarding to what the excess amount is or where it needs to be paid , they gave me a contact number of the insurance department ********** who I called multiple times and no one ever answers the phone. I send them an email and no one responds to that either.

I am out of options and would like to know who I can talk to who can help me with this. Every number they give you is machine operated and you can never talk to a representive to explain your situation.

I am on the verge of stopping all payments on my Mtn accounts untill I get my phone back.
