MTN INSURANCE

<p>Imagine my frustration!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is what you get when you insure with MTN First call i waited 1 hours and 15 mins before anybody picked up... that was last week Thursday .. they received all claim forms... today the self help desk on Mtn line said they haven't received any forms... i tried to talk to an agent and waited 2 Hours and 55mins... Nobody answered, just waiting in line! Second call 24mins.... also... no answer ...this is ridiculous !</p> <p>Also Still no help after going to an MTN shop self, claim forms were apparently sent and i got a reference number on the 10th of Nov. but nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No help whatsoever!!! No response, no reply, no answer!!</p>
