Mtn insurance

4 months ago I sent my phone in to MTN insurance to get repaired/replace because of a faulty motherboard (iStore reviewed it to be a faulty motherboard). MTN received the phone and acknowledged it to be a faulty motherboard and deemed it to be fixable. They sent me an email, which did not explain much, saying that I needed to pay R150 to them (MTN) for the phone to be fixed. I was unsure as to whether the phone will be fixed or replace and thus tried phoning/emailing them to get clarification. During this process the email sent from them went missing in translation. Since then (Aug 2016) I have been trying to get hold of the Insurance department so that they can resend me the email and I can do the EFT payment so that I can get my phone back. Smartphone plus has phoned me numerous times to let me know that my phone has been fixed, but they can not release it until they get confirmation from MTN insurance that I have made the payment which I can't do because it is utterly impossible to get hold of them to send me the email with the banking details.
