MTN INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!

<p>MTN Insurance</p> <p>I have mailed my claim form to insurance enquires on the 27/10 already and until now have had no feedback but an automated response saying the turn around time is 5 days.</p> <p>When one calls the Insurance call centre you hold on for ages I have held on the line for up to 34minutes with no answer... I've called over 20 times and get the same excuse all the time...</p> <p>Why is it so easy for you guys to debit us every month for this service, but when it is actually time to deliver the service it is so pathetic?</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help</p>
