MTN Insurance

<p>I have mailed my claim form 14/10 already and until now have had no feedback but an automated response saying the turn around time is 5 days.</p> <p>When one calls the Insurance call centre you hold on for ages I have held on the line for up to 34minutes with no answer.</p> <p>Why is it so easy for you guys to debit us every month for this service, but when it is actually time to deliver the service it is so pathetic?</p>
