MTN Insurance
<p>I have been waiting for over a month now for MTN to get back to me with regards to my insurance claim.</p> <p>I was told to call the following number ********** 084 and quote the reference number: 483471. After many attempts the call cuts when i requested to speak to the operator.</p> <p>I then went into an MTN store to query the matter, and i was advised that it had been escalated. </p> <p>It is now a month later and i am still without a phone and have recieved no communication from MTN.</p> <p>This is dismal customer service from MTN insurance.</p>
