MTN Insurance

<p>MTN Insurance so called Assessors are useless its very fastratiiong and irritating because they always have different stories they make their problems our problems just because the Assessors work on Quries, Why work on a cue of Quries if you do your Job in time I have been waiting for a cellphone claim to be approved For so long already after a hole dilemma of allegations of me not sending through my claim form with a declaration form and my Insurance application being input with wrong details by the store now I have to take the downfall of not having a phone just because of them......the supervisors at the MTN insurance are always on lunch and dont want to talk to anyone for that matter, ***must happen ??? who must we escalate to?? for a simple cellphone claim???? I hate MTN with all my heart already I just cant wait to get my phone and get another insurance company if I cant change my network from MTN to anoter service provider, </p>
