A few days pasted i phoned the mtn insurance department and have been told there is no insurance on my phone so i phone the mtn shop where i app**** for the insurance and they gave me the number where the person is working now at the other mtn shop

I phone the person and he said he will check for me and come back to me.. and he never phoned me back. The next day i phone mtn shop in the morning and have been told he is out so they took my number after a couple of hours no reply i phoned again and spoke to the person who helped me with the insurance and he will look in to the matter.

After 2 days no reply so i phoned back and have been told he will send me a email with the numbers .

The email said the sales person who did my contract was supposed to do it and gave me telephone numbers that dont work.

I phone mtn shop where i took the contract out and have been told i should have signed the insurance contract with in 7 days then i told them mtn insurance says the phone must not be older than 3 month's and the t and c.
