Mtn insurance
<p>Today it is 4 weeks that we have been waiting to process the claims for my iPhone. I went to mall of the south to report this and to date it hasn't been processed. I contacted the call center two weeks ago and they said the documents were not correct... They sent me new ones which were identical to what I completed at the store , I resubmitted and today's still no news from the store or the claims department. Even though I have called , sent emails not a single person has contacted me</p>

This is totally unacceptable that now not only did I have to go through this frustration but I am told that my handset which I am paying for on a monthly basis being an iPhone 128g is only insured for R10000 ? Where the premium i have been paying monthly is R139,47 . I was sent a letter to sign for a new premium of R140 for R15000 where is the logic ! I want to see where I signed that I would accept such a low amount where it would not cover for a phone ?
