MTN Insurance
<p>Insurance Claim ********** 7:</p> <p>This is the fifth complaint I am writing about this insurance claim for MTN and all I can say is that I think the whole thing is a con. I submitted my claim on the 23rd of May and I have still not received anything. There is no response on email and when you write on Hellopeter they respond just to seem as though they are responding on this platform. They will also never respond to your comments and nothing ever gets done. I have had to pay for a new phone myself and wasted the insurance money every month because it is impossible to get a phone.</p>

You can understand if I don't believe this as I have received the same reply 5 times now and there has been nothing done about it. I don't even know why I bother responding as I have never received a reply to a comment either.
