MTN Insurance
<p>2 months since I initially submitted my query to MTN insurance, I got no response. A month later I published a review on helloPeter and got a response the same day (Monday 2016/05/23) with a form that had to be completed. I completed the form and sent it back to ********** together with the other required documents on that very same day. I am still awaiting assistance. I tried MTN South Africa on facebook. They also are unable to assist as they are also waiting for feedback. I do not know the status of my insurance claim. No feedback/update on the matter. It has been two months now without a phone. Please help.</p>
