MTN insurance

<p>I lodged a claim to mtn insurance on the 10th of April 2016 I have recived feedback that the claim has been approved and was told to wait for contact as to when the phone would be fetched by the courier company but have not received a call up to now after countless of calls to the call center with no answer and visits to the mtn shop in Highveld mall witbank still nothing!!
