MTN Insurance
<p>Submitted a insurance claim with MTN insurance more than a week ago. Send a request for update yesterday. Phoned their help line but hung up after 10 minutes without any operator answering the call.</p> <p>My phone was damaged, need to get it fixed but can not get them to reply to my claim.</p> <p>Repair should take 24hrs, but it has taken more than a week to get any response on when it can be repaired.</p>
