Mtn Insurance

Mtn Insurance collected my phone 3 weeks ago. After hounding them for a status update and numerous hours spent waiting for someone to answer my calls they finally sent me banking details to pay the excess into. I did this within 15 min last Friday. I called again on Monday morning only to be told that someone will call be to collect my phone!<br> <br> I called again today and they said that they will get back to me within 30 min. It's now an hour and a half later and no call.<br> <br> I will be opening a case of theft at the police station if I don't get communication by 5 today.
