MTN insurance

so on the 15th of April i submitted a claim for my damaged phone and i signed the papers everything needed to and last week friday i phoned mtn insurance they took my details and they told me no claim was submitted so now i need to know what is going on i have been paying for the insurance and now seems like my money was just taken for nothing i am prepared to cancel my contract because seems like i am getting no assistance and its 26 of April already and still have not heard anything
