Mtn charge me for cellphone insurance I didn't take. I then reverse the payment n ask them to correct my billing, the blocked my sim n& I couldn't make calls. I complained in writing & nothing happened, not even a response. I can't wait for my contract to end. So I can move away from them. I've been a loyal customer since 1999.
