Mtn insurance

I submitted a claim to my insurance in January and paid the excess fee on January 25th. The device was only collected on the first week of March. I received notification last Wednesday that the courier had collected it, but I still haven't received my phone. I've been calling daily this week for an update, and the agent says the matter is being escalated, but I'm still waiting 😕. Mtn insurance and RTC couriers are the worst
