MTN Insurace the pits

I am extremely furious and appalled by the lack of service from MTN. I actually cannot believe that I am back here again to file a complaint because of their poor service. and AGAIN this is an issue with the insurance team. Why the hell have an insurance service if you are so ***********. I have sent several emails to MTN and have made numerous calls to their department since Oct 2020 and have still not received any help on the matter. I have been paying insurance since 2020 for a phone that I do not even have. I have asked on so many occasions that this issue be sorted and still nothing. Not even a response to any of my mails.
