MTN - Insufficient Funds on a open Contract Phone

I have 2 x business contract phones with NO limit on airtime.
For the past 3 months - both phones cannot make a phone call anywhere at anytime.
\insufficient funds - please load airtime\" - I mean really!!!! These are no pay as you go phones - its a contract.
This is extremely annoying and frustrating - as I use my phone for business.
What if I get stuck out the boondoo somewhere - as I am always out in the rural area's - this is ridiculous!
Local MTN shop when asking them - oh we don't know.
What the hell is going on - think it's time to move to Vodacom."

The account is in the business name, please send to me the request to remove the usage limit on the lines the request can be done on the company letterhead signed and ID copy attach, please send to my email address to assist you with the request.

Please note that once the usage limit has been removed the account will be on open package, once the minutes and data has been utilized the account will be billed for extra calls and data. Please monitor the usage.
