MTN Insufficient Airtime

MTN contract still showing R384.00 worth of airtime, however when making calls, voicemail message that I have insufficient airtime.

Logged several calls with the Customer Service Centre, not one of the agents seems to know what the issue is.

Issue has to be escalated which takes 48 hours to resolve. This seems to be a know issue.
