MTN insuarce none existing service but a ****

After I lodged a complaint on HelloPeter on 5th Nov 2020... Mtn claims/insurance started to call me instead of their usual email stunts sent by many different consultants.

They picked up the handset the following day and I am yet to know when I will receive my handset because on 12th November it will be 31days since I lodged a claim with MTN insurance.
