MTN INSUARANCE COVER IS A ****

Dont insure your phone with MTN So on the 4th of May 2018 my phone was taken at knife point, then on Sunday my mother went to report it to Mtn in Key west since the contract is in her name. The lady who helped her told my mother that since im the one who was using the phone i only need to bring my ID in order for the forms to be completed even if its after a week or so, then they can be sent to the insuarance company. So the following weekend i went to submit my ID copy only to be told that my claim cant be processed if i dont have an affidavit from the SAPS to prove that indeed i lost my phone. I asked them if there wont be any problems if i submit the following week since now i have acquire ITC number before i can open a case of theft which they rep**** that and said NO.

I struggled for 2/3 weeks to retrieve the ITC number from MTN, they only HELPED after i wrote a review about them on HELLO PETER. Then i opened a case, got the affidavit which i tried to submit 24 Sunday 2018 only to discover that these people lost the initial forms that we had filled and to top if off i was told that I might not get my phone since i took "took too long" to submit my claim. Forgetting that they have been telling me for weeks that time frame is not going to affect my claim and i struggled to get the ITC number from them.

So to me it seems like MTN and their people are trying to block me from getting the phone that i still pay for even today, and i also paying for the insuarance.

MTN ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS, WHEN AM I GOING TO GET MY PHONE????!!!!!
