MTN insider *****-Double deductions from debicheck orders.

Hi there. I would like lodge a complaint. I have 2 contracts with MTN. Three months ago, an insider of MTN debichecked my account double. I opened a case with them, but up until today, no answer. It's 3 months later. They tried to deduct again in October, but the bank manage to stop it. My 2 contract Sims has been blocked till today. We can't make calls and have no data. This is unacceptable. My lawyer did send them a letter, but no response. We heading to Christmas, whereby I'll be in need of airtime, data and access to social media. I'm also in need of my refund for the ******** deduction that was made.

I don't understand why is MTN so ********. Because we posting such ***** on social media, but they don't respond or they bluntly don't care.

My request is that they refund me and send all our airtime and data that we lost for the past 3 months. I paid my monthly payment this month via the bank, and the phones is still blocked.

I'm furious, frustrated, angry, etc...I want MTN to pay for all the damages and emotional stress they've caused me.

Please help.
