MTN INSIDE JOB *****

Good day my name is Raymond Simphiwe Cele Id number *** and cell number ***, i have been with MTN for the past 15 years and i have never ever had a bad experience like this. There has been an inside *****. End of Feb i went to the stores to make a payment and i was advised that i need to pay more because i took a new phone upgraded my phone. I told them that i only have one phone and a rooter i didn't took any phone. I was advised that i must go to the police station and make an affidavit and come back to the store at south gate, i gave them affidavit on the 1st of March 2021 and the reference SR1/*** the number in question is *** sim card number *** i don't know this number. I was advised that they will revert back to me after the investigation and no one came back until i tried calling them for response. I even send the emails to *** and *** and the reference numbers are ***, SR-*** as per the MTN consultant instruction but still no avail. Last week my wife received an SMS from *** *** they said my account has been handed over. My account was blocked i couldn't receive or make calls since end of Feb due to this and i use my phone for business purposes. I was advised that they will not block my phone while investigating but it was all a lie because my phone and rooter was blocked. Your response hereto will be appreciated.
