MTN INSIDE *****

Inside Job - Saturday I received a phone call from MTN saying somebody is trying to do a swim swap on my phone. I didnt request a swim swap . The caller then request me to give them the OTP that i just received which will then cancel the swip swap. I did so and after putting the phone down I received a sms saying i just transferred all my loyalty point to this number ********** which i did not do.

I phoned 808 to informed me about this which they transferred me to the ***** division, after holding on for 30 minuted I was told that the fraus division is not open on a Saturday. why putting me through to them then? I was told after phoning 808 again that ***** was taking place.......if this was then ***** then it was an inside mtn job, as how the hell would anybody else be able to get access from the street to my mtn royalty points. please I need this fixed asap. I emailed customer care which they again ask personal info... I am not prepared to give anymore personal info as I dont know if its ***** again as I cant trust the mtn system.
