MTN insane data billing
It seems like every month I have to pay a huge data bill. My contract is R145 a month buyt I am being billed over 2000 rands when i have a cap or 600. How is this even possible? I will not use my mtn sim card or ****le any longer. Please contact me asap

Kindly be advised that the invoice dated 2015-09-20 was validated to be correct. A query requesting for the invoice dated 2015-10-20 to be validated has been logged, REQ:***.
The system shows that the credit limit is set at R 699.00 on your account. Please be advised that the account can only be suspended once due to the credit limit in one billing cycle. Should there be a request for the lines to be reconnected then the system can no longer suspend the number in the same billing cycle for that particular credit limit amount. The account was suspended on 2015-09-11 and 2015-10-15 due to the credit limit being reached however the lines were unsuspended as per your request which resulted in the account being high for the 2 invoices.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
