Mtn injustice and mediocre service that need to stop

Yoh!!! I am so tired to a point it's not a joke and I feel so defeated in all angles..

I have been trying to cancel my contract since December because it's due for upgrade. The reason why I need to cancel is because I got a business phone from my employer and I can't pay for services that I do not utilize.

It's been a hassle since from December till today.

I called more than 8times trying different agents but all come to fail, it's like I'm speaking to walls.

I don't want to sound ****** but coloured people and Indian people that I have been in contact with failed me dismally. IS IT BECAUSE I'M BLACK AND ZULU? IF THATS THE CASE, WHY CAN'T THEY CUT AND CANCEL MY NUMBER SO I WON'T CALL AGAIN!!!.

I'm so tired of Mtn mediocre service and it's *********** staff, they keep me on hold 20min as if my life is meaningless, they speak as if they in a taxi to Mtn rank in JHB.

MTN doesn't care because they know it's not easy to change mara one day will prove you wrong. You spit on the face that feeds you, it's fine.

Mtn it's all in shambles and it's collapsing decentralized structure.
