MTN *****ING THEIR CLIENTS!

I am so disappointed in MTN South Africa..... I signed up for the M2M contract of R499 on the 25th July, the transaction went off for R611 including prorata. On the 4th August MTN tried debiting my account again another R611 which returned. I received my invoice and statement for September and the amount reflecting on there is R1562.00 (take note my M2M contract is R499 per month) So MTN in total is charging me R2173.00 for a month to month contract that started 1st August 2024, HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE.

I will take legal action against this and report, THIS IS *****!! I have spoken to numerous consultants and I can list their names and surnames, they each give a different story.
