MTN *****ing my money

I have cancelled the renewal of my contract within the required 7 days, but despite numerous calls and talking to multiple agents and being promised that the contract will be cancelled and my money refunded, they are still taking money every month. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Disastrous company.
