MTN *****ING MY MONEY

Took out the Black Friday 2022 deal 1T data sim with modem and ups for R699 and till this date they are still charging me R999 for that contract. I have contacted the store numerous times and they don’t care . I logged a complaint at customer service and I call and email every month and when I do call the customer service agent says nothing has been done since the last escalation and they log another escalation and I get a new reference number and 6 months down the line nothing has been done to rectify the account. MTN ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO WAKE UP AND SORT OUT MY ACCOUNT. How would YOU feel if someone was *****ING R300 extra out of YOUR bank account EVERY MONTH MTN? PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
