Mtn *****ing money from my account without replying to questions

*** On the 4th of July 2025 I paid R329 so my wifi Account can be opened and they have not opened it . On the 17th of July 2025 I received an email from customer care mtn head office from Lucian then subsequently from Lebogang to ask for details of my banking details to return my money but only R229 and not R329 as it was paid on the 4th July 2025 have requested information as to why only R229 and not R329 no response I have sent at least six emails asking for information with regards to the missing amount of R100 I am a pensioner and can't just loose money left right and center. No one from mtn customer is replying to my questions it is becoming very frustrating 😑 😒 .

Maybe by coming to hello peter might help I have told them that I would go to the consumer council still no answer.
