MTN ******ING MONEY FROM ME EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT

I just got slapped with a bill I have zero knowledge of a month after I Fully paid and cancelled my contract with MTN. My contract was for 24months and OCTOBER was the last payment. I paid the amount of R744 on the 29/10/2025 at MTN GREENSTONE and Confirmed with the Agent- AYANDA that this would be my last payment for my 24month Contract and he also advised that I call in and officially cancel my contract and did exactly that. The only mistake I made was not take the name of the agent I spoke to and they tried their level best to keep selling me more items and services even though I expressed multiple times that I am NOT interested in purchasing anything else and was calling to officially close and cancel my contract after much reluctancy, he finally agreed to assist me and cancel the contract only to find a month later I get slapped by a Bill I have ZERO knowledge of and got threatened to have my credit score dropped if I don't pay the bill immediately. Ask me how many times I asked if this was my final payment and verified multiple times with the in store agents and through the call now suddenly I need to pay ASAP. no one phoned me and communicated this now I suddenly have to pay this damn bill I have no knowledge of.
