MTN *****ing money

I've had a horrible experience with MTN over the past few months. Switched to a new contract, but was then suddenly charged multiple times, for hidden fees. Granted, I could have asked more questions, but I expect a business to tell me upfront, what fees I can expect. Next, I tried to cancel my contract, and have now been charged again, almost two months after cancelling the contract. This is tantamount to theft. I don't know if MTN's head office is just full of *********** people, or if this company genuinely thinks they can get away with this, but it's not on. I recommend going to any one of their competitors.
