mtn "*****ing" money by not cancelling contracts

yet again, no help, I have tried numerous times to cancel 2 contracts, giving both 30 days notice and following up on the day the contracts ended and again after that, each time I am told that the contracts are being cancelled but 2 months later I am still paying. Is this just a ploy to ***** money from customers? and conveniently now the system is down and the new enquiry cant be logged. **** service all round.
