MTN ****ING IDIOTS I TELL YOU IDIOTS!!!

I am so fed up and furious. Mtn over here never set up my debit order as arranged for my account. They then made sure that I miss multiple payments and after viewing my arrears and paying it they decided to forward a letter to their lawyers. I have so much evidence, tons of messages where I request a debit order to be set up, they send my statements late to ensure I miss my payments to collect mass amounts. I don't know what to do I have submitted multiple appeals for assistance. Also guess what my account reflects one thing but their lawyers account another. I wonder who the ***** is here??? Not to mention after sending my request I got a message live from Facebook stating that they love negative reviews to improve their services. I made an immediate payment as to what was stated in my mtn account on the app the only thing that seems to be working. I was told my account was handed to the legal team before my payment. If that is the case why is the amount the legal team has bigger than what I received. I refuse to pay your lawyers salary for your lazy ass ways. I know seem to be managing my account once more and I am supposed to a customer not an employee. I am not receiving a salary. To top things off they do not respond to emails or calls??? Immediate payments do not reflect immediately. So somewhere some how someone is up to something. Final comment; I will see you in court assholes and I will rip you apart.
