MTN *****ING FROM THERE CUSTOMERS

MTN is *****ing from there customers. I am on the MTN made for business medium wich include 200 minutes airtime, 200 sms, 2.48 GB data and 275 minutes airtime. Which gives me 475 munites airtime. This was loaded on account since June 2022 up to July 2023. August and September 2023 only 200 minutes airtime loaded. It is now two days that i try to sort it out with out any luck. No one wants to take resposability. Mtn debit order go off every month. Some one is not doing there work and the customer has to pay dor service not deliver..
