Mtn *****ing from South africans

Sometime in March we took out a data contract. Within a couple of months mtn changed the deal. So we went into a store in june. Returned the router snd filled in the paper work. Was told that we must pay for July as 30 day cancelation. Debit order came off my account first week July. But now another debit went off first week August. Have u tried calling mtn customer care 135. Absolutely pathetic. Wait for 35 min snd call is disconnected
