MTN *****ing Customers with Data

I recently bought a bundle data valid for 30 days after my contract data depleted. Within the valid 30 days I received my new month's contract data. I found out that my new data was depleting first. After checking with MTN I was told that it is designed to deplete in that order which is daylight *******.

To put it in perspective. I have 27 gig that's expiring on the 5th and 6.5gig expiring on the 21st.

If I decide to download a movie of 7gig I will have the 6.5 gig depleted. I would then still have my 27gig available till the 5th.

On the 5th I will then have no data.

I should have had the 6.5gig still available till the 21st.

Making it part of your terms and conditions does not make it ok.

Hope they are happy robbing people like that.
