MTN ******ING CONSUMERS AND FALSE ADVERTING

I would like to log a form complaint against MTN as they are trying to rob me as a consumer.

• I done an upgrade on the 23 November 2020 which was for 3 years and my debit order goes off on the last day of the month • Based on the above my contract should end as per the contractual agreement on the 23rd November 2023 • My normal instalment is R342.22 per month • MTN have now informed me that my contracted end on the 11th November 2023 and they are now charging me extra and stating due to the contract ending on the 11th November 2023 all the discounts that app**** on the deal have fallen away • They are now charging me R1821.26 for the month of November 2023 • I have tried three time to get MTN to rectify this and they are refusing below are the ref numbers for all my attempts o *** o *** o *** MTN false advertising • 17th advert on FaceBook • 20th November 2023 advert FACEBOOK • 25TH November 2023 advert google

• When I done my up grade and requested my take a lot voucher of 250 they said the first 500 customer which was not stipulated on the advert I as a consumer would like MTN to Honour what they advertised. So the above shows you the there no stipulation of first 500 customer

• It would like MTN to HONOUR as per the advert
