MTN INFURIATING and ARROGANT

MTN business is a joke. Infuriating and incompetant service (champions, what champions?) One week of holding on the phone for someone to pick it up is infuriating. Two weeks of no response to emails. My services were suspended erroneously as my account was fully paid on time with proof sent to relevant department. This remains unresolved and the account remains suspended, jeperdising my business. I will find another supplier for my 10 numbers who is not this arrogant. You can also take your antiquated 70's hold line piped music and fit it where it fits best!
