MTN inefficiencies and very very bad service

MTN's in-efficiencies is on another level. I have been paying them for insurance of my cell phone for over 2 years until recently in June when I lodged a claim. The service is very bad that all I wanted was to cancel the claim and be refunded all the money that was deducted from my account. With the help of hello peter, the claim was eventually approved.

I then canceled the insurance on this phone 2 weeks ago, today I was debited for insurance once again by MTN....

I have been on MTN contract for over 8 years and I can assure you that this is my last dealings with MTN, for good!
