MTN increasing subscriptions with 4% outside of signed contract.

This is so disgusting! I singed a contract with MTN to pay a fixed amount per month for the following 24 months (which ends around September this year)

Now MTN sends me a letter to inform me that my subscription have suddenly increased due to inlfation or whatever form of nonsense.

Well take note MTN: THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!! If you don't know how to budget and set your pricing on your contracts, you can't charge me more. I signed a contract to pay a specific amount for the 24 month period. And then MTN has the guts to tell that it is to align prices to "market-related pricing" - right after the Competition Commission revealed that their pricing are too high.

I will reverse that debit order and Investec and I will hand this over to the Competition Commission as well as the Ombudsman. MTN and Vodacom already have issues with the competition commission as their prices are too high and now they are increase their pricing outside the reach of my signed contract.

Bottomline: I WILL NOT PAY THAT EXTRA SUBSCRIPTION AS THAT IS NOT THE CONTRACT I SIGNED. If you don't know how to budget at MTN, come to me and I'll give you a lesson. As a note: maybe if you didn't pay your CEO R117 600 PER DAY it would not be necessary to increase my subscription!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
