I received a phone last monthly with an offer to increase my free data, only at a cost of an additional R4.00. Yet my monthly cost has increased substantially to R1079.93, which was not the agreement verbally agreed via telecom. Please revert to my original payment of R965.00 per month, as this is false advertising. Please note I will take this further (Consumers Act) if the revert is not done immediately to R965.00 per month. You may also pull the call made to me, as I said I would not pay if it amounted to more than R4.00 several times.
