MTN incorrectly suspended my account.

Every month , MTN sends me 300 messages reminding me to pay my account. And I pay my account every month in full. I received a sms from them yesterday stating I need to make payment by 3 July in order for my account not to get suspended. This morning I received an sms stating my account is suspended. It's not even pay day as yet. This is beyond ridiculous. How can they send me an sms to make payment by the 3rd and then suspended my account 4 days before the payment is due. I'm tired of MTN. They keep rising their rates and now they Suspend my account before its even due.
