MTN incorrectly charges clients.

whilst upgrading my cellphone, the consultant advised that MTN had charged me a Blackberry fee of R59 pm for the last 24 months. this could not be correct as MTN upgraded me to a Samsung in October 2013.

I have been struggling for over a month to have the funds credited back to my account, with MTN changing their requirements on every interaction, from stating the reference number was never logged, to requiring my id details, to verifying my bank details.

I would not use MTN, but are compelled to due to a corporate billing scheme in place with my company and MTN.
