MTN - Incorrect minutes loaded
<p>Ever since I got my contract i only got 50 minutes monthly instead of 100 minutes as promised and as per the sms... </p> <p> </p>

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
We have accessed the account and have noted that on the 14th day of the month the mobile number is being provisioned with 50 Recurring Anytime Minutes + 50 Recurring MTN to MTN Minutes. The mobile number will be provisioned with the additional 50 Recurring MTN to MTN Minutes for the first 12 months of the 24 months contract term. Please check the detailed balance by dialling *141*1#ok.
