Mtn incorrect details

I had the worst experience today with MTN,I had taken an additional data Sim,Mtn had provided the incorrect physical address at first to the courier company. Its been a week now and no response from Mtn or Courier IT.today i decided to go i person ,Mtn then provided the incorrect cell number which the OTP is sent to.i spent more than 2 hours trying to change my cell numbers and obtain the OTP,I was then told by MTN it takes 48 to 72 hours to change the details for delivery. Really disappointed with the service I received today.
